Tadarise 60 mg contains tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor used to treat impotence (erectile dysfunction) in males. During sexual stimulation, nitric oxide is produced in the penile erectile tissue, activating the enzyme guanylate cyclase. This enzyme raises levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), a substance that relaxes blood arteries in the penis and allows blood to fill the spongy erectile tissues, resulting in an erection. Another enzyme, phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), breaks down cGMP, limiting blood flow into the penis and resulting in erection loss. Tadalafil in Tadarise 60 mg works on the erectile tissue of the penis to block PDE5 activity and enhance blood flow, resulting in an erection. Tadalafil in Tadarise tablets 40mg works by allowing the natural process of sexual stimulation to activate the cGMP mechanism for establishing and sustaining an erection. What are the alternate drugs available? Tadalista 40 mg | Zhewitra
