A 30 YEAR OLD MALE VISITS HIS PHYSICIAN WITH COMPLAINTS OF DIARRHOEA, ABDOMINAL PAIN AND BLEEDING P/R. ON FURTHER EXAMINATION THE PHYSICIAN NOTES PIGMENTED LESION ON THE RETINA AND CYSTIC SWELLINGS ON THE LEG AND ARMS. WHAT IS THE MODE OF INHERITANCE OF THIS DISEASE.

1. AUTOSOMAL RECESSIVE
2. AUTOSOMAL DOMINANT
3. X-LINKED RECESSIVE

THE PHYSICIAN ORDERS A COLONOSCOPY, WHAT ARE THE LIKELY FINDINGS???
