I have a question regarding the name on ecfmg id. My name is say K S, K is my first name and S my surname, and it is so in my USA B1/B2 visa as well. However in my passport the surname field is blank while the given name field is K S. When applying for my ecfmg id should I denote 'K S' as a whole under last name or under rest of name and surname respectively?
