Mitosis and Meiosis? What the heck?

Can anyone explain in detail (in SIMPLE terms) what is going on these processes, why its done, where, etc. I would REALLY appreciate it as I should to write compare and contrast mitosis and meiosis essay to Wednesday.

You can search for this on the google search bar. Over there you will find your answer easily. I can only help you in sharing the best plagiarism checker website which is My friend shared this website with me and it is very helpful. You can try this website too.

Mitosis gives two nuclei, and hence two cells, while meiosis gives four. Mitosis gives identical cells to each other and to the mother cell, while meiosis leads to genetic variation due to crossing over and independent assortment.
