simple concept .. the main regulatory enzymes of 'gluconeogensis ' are the ones that circumvent that of 'glycolysis '


PDH carboxylase is unique

PEPcarboxylase

fructose 16 bisphosphatase

and ofcoarse everybodys favorite enzyme ...Mr von gierke himself..glucose 6 phophatase

1- Pyruvate Carboyxylase
2- PEPCK
3- Fructose-1,6 biphosphatase
4- Glucose-6-phosphatase

most imp, in usmle exame is pep carboxylase 100% ,,,you will see,,,,,thanks
