Hi All, I just want to ask if anyone ever tried using medical cannabis as an alternative meds for anxiety? I have read many articles about medical marijuana and how it can help you in terms of eating disorder, anxiety disorders and panic attacks, inflammation, even cancer and a lot more. Like this review on a marijuana strain nebula. Cbd and thc are also new to me and I don't even smoke. If this is true I cant find any solid conclusive evidence that speaks to its efficacy. Any personal experience or testimonial would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Good time of day everybody! If you are experiencing pain from training in the gym, then I can recommend CBD oil. This is the best option to get rid of joint and muscle pain once and for all. just order a CBD product and use it as intended.

Essential oils can relieve anxiety. Research shows that Essential Oils like lavender and chamomile may help with anxiety. Essential oils work primarily through smell to help improve functions in the brain. I use essential oils to manage my stress.

In the United States, the anxiety of all forms has become an epidemic, so much that depression is addressed as the primary mental health condition.

According to a 2012 study, lavender aromatherapy is considered to ease anxiety by affecting the limbic system, the part of the brain that controls emotions.

My experiences, I chose yoga exercises, play sports and deep in-hale and ex-hale treatment for anxiety. It's free and good for health.

If you’re experiencing anxiety and don’t wish to seek conventional treatments, you may want to try alternative therapies. The basic goal of alternative therapy is to improve your general health and relieve anxiety symptoms with few or no side effects.

I tried to cope up with my anxiety by doing the things i love like, organizing kinds of stuff, cooking, and baking. I also talk with my friend in Riverview to lessen my overthinking.

Best regards!

Regular exercise is good for your physical and emotional health. Regular exercise works as well as medication to ease anxiety for some people. And it’s not just a short-term fix; you may experience anxiety relief for hours after working out.
