In FA2015 page 477, they kinda rephrase the sentence abit.
CN III, IV, V1, VI, and occasionally V2 plus
postganglionic sympathetic pupillary fibers
en route to orbit all pass through cavernous
sinus. Cavernous portion of internal carotid
artery is also here.
I'm a little confused about the sentence bolded above, does this mean that not all CN III, IV, VI, V(one), V(two) and post ganglionic symp. pupillary fibers passes through the cavernous sinus ? Some clarifications here would definitely help, thanks.
