A 31 YEAR OLD MALE CAME TO HIS PHYSICIAN WITH COMPLAIN OF RIGHT ILIAC FOSSA PAIN WHICH WAS LOCATED TO THE PERIUMBILICAL REGION BEFORE TWO HOURS. THE PATIENT HAD FEVER, VOMOTTING AND LEUCOCYTOSIS....?

WHAT IS THE COMMONEST ETIOLOGY OF THIS DISEASE...?

1) INFECTION
2) OBSTRUCTION
3) TOXIN
4) AUTOIMMUNE
5) ISCHEMIA

This is a case of acute appendicitis!!!!!I guess the answer is...... B , obstruction .....due to a fecolith.... :roll:

OBSTRUCTION DUE TO FECOLITHS IS THE COMMONEST ETIOLOGY FOR ADULT APPENDICITIS...
FOR CHILDREN IT'S INFECTIONS......
