 Cracking in the knees, sound

I have cracking in the knees along with a sound. I wonder what it is, it happens all day long every once in a while. I move my lower leg to produce the sound on the knee. It happens to both legs.

What is the problem or what is the meaning of this - disease?

it means you're on your knees too much

it can means osteoarthritis. and the you are facing is crepitus.

Show your knee to a practicing doctor.
