 SIADH:hypervolemic or euvolemic?

On UW and FA it says Euvolemia and kaplan on endocrine sec says it is maintained hypevolmia---which to take I am confused!
I saw a similar thread on USMLE forum but no definite explanation was given.

There's no need to worry because possibly the gold standard to measure volemia is radiolabelled albumin or something like that plus correction by total body water as measured with heavy-deuterium containing water . Anyway the point is at the bedside you expect normal volemia or higher since ADH is the output efferent of osmolarity correction...and that's why it is said that the body corrects volume with sodium, and...most interestingly sodium with volume (hyperosmolarity with volume, alias ADH).
