hi
what are my chances of getting a residency if I am a US citizen, a 2003 foreign medical graduate, scored a 90 on both step 1, 2 , cleared step 3 and participated in research? I have looked through many hospitals and they all have a 5 year cut off. I am afraid if my application will even be considered in these hospitals. do i stand a chance? how good/bad do i look?

You should keep on trying. In my view your chances are decent. There will be plenty of jobs for physicians, all the advances of molecular biology will need people to implement them, to study them. Good luck.
