which of statements below is wrong about PVC?

A. often produce long complete compensatory pause
B. in patient with CAD, increase death probability

Sure, any rechargable electrical device has a ON and OFF phase, so no wonder it needs a compensatory pause to become excitable again.

B. in patient with CAD, increase death probability
Sure, if you're already screwed, you can get further screwed. Actually there's no limit.

C. it's prevalence decrease in older age

D. it doesn't need treatment in asymptomatic patient
sure, the whole healthcare system is collapsing, why would we want it to go deeper, right? That's why we want more research, to cure the incurable, to lift the dead from their graves!!
