A 60 years old nonsmoker man due to inguinal hernia was hospitalized, in CXRAY one nodule in periphery of right lung was seen which was calcified like popcorn. which of the following diagnosis is more probable in this patient?
A. squamous cell carcinoma
B. small cell carcinoma
C. carcinoid tumor
D. hamartoma

D- is the mcc of benign SN in the lung. on XR= Popcorn pattern.
