ok journal 100% of the goal completed ... 1 :15 am going to bed plan clock out at 5 pm from work ,,shower ,eat ,and start at 6 pm goal 250+>>>>

Thanks MdCruz, well journal today i decided to start a marathon i have to review 4 more systems by feb 7th ,so i will update this journal until then , original plan was to take a selfassessment in the last week of jan but due to economic problems i had to postpone it ..i have to this no matter what ..so hard studying for the next 7 days ..
