A patient with dyspnea came to ED, in ABG:
PO2=42mmHg PCO2=38mmHg
After O2 adminstration (8L/min) via mask in following ABG there is no obvious difference in hypoxia and PCO2 level. what is the most probable cause of hypoxia in this patient?
A. shunt
B. V/Q mismatch
C. hypoventilation
D. diffusion disorder
