In a patient with COPD which of the following is recommended initially?
A. phelebotomy in patient with 50% hematocrit
B. intermittent positive pressure
C. exercise with bicycle
D. nasal oxygen therapy with PaO2=58 mmHg




oxygen therapy with PaO2<55


if I remember right if there is desaturation with O2 in COPD pts with cor pulmonale then the recommendation for O2 there is still there
