hello everyone..i was doing pathology restrictive lung diseases in goljan.he says that in the Rdiseases and ARDS there is respiratory alkalosis...How is that possible if there is fibrosis there must be less diffusion of Co2 from blood into alveoli and hence it must cause acidosis rgt? cAN someone explain why its alkalosis?
