Strengths: It has a easy to read casual style and methodically covers all the topics from the USMLE problem list concentrating on management rather than the Step 2 level books. Crush Step 3 contains actually the same info as Crush Step 2 for instance. Lots of good tables and pictures. No wasted words or unneeded details. It excels for CCS as each topic is covered with what tests to order, what treatment to give and watch key things to watch out for which can reprioritize management decisions. Weak: It is weak on MCQs so I would buy NMS for this aspect of practicing questions. Several people I know actually use it with Kaplan Q as it is a more efficient read for each topic for explanations.
