I disagree with Reviewer. The book presents a strategy for working through each case that actually made me aware of some things I would not have thought of otherwise and that I did not find using other sources. They present a table full of commands you can enter when typing in orders, most of which I would not have thought of, and which could certainly help to show more complete and optimal medical care and therefore a better score. There are 15 cases that try to give you some idea of what you might come across. The book could have been better by including more cases - for example, USMLEWORLD gives you 88 cases, and therefore gives you more material to work with. Overall, I feel this book is a valuable resource when preparing for this rather mysterious portion of the exam. Medical knowledge alone won't be enough, you need to be familiar with the software and have a well polished strategy.

Weak. Only a handful of poorly written cases. Not very useful at all. It is only about $15 and there is a reason why. Save your $15 for dinner at Denny's after Step 3 rather than wasting it on this useless book.
