i used this a looooong time ago and I know I passed it then because of this book. I knew it by heart . At the exams, I knew what disease the problem was about even before I finished reading the question and without looking at the photo. I got a high score back then but I don't know how much they've changed it . Still the exam was an integration of all subjects back then and it helped me with the diagnosis.
