In the 1 month access I was able to review the qbank twice and the videos about 3 times. Conrad Fisher has very good points for the internal medicine review. The simulated exam is a good tool to see where you stand with your preparation. I'll vote this 4 stars only because it is a litle too expensive. Also used Crush the Boards, CMDT, High-Yied Psychiatry, Bkueprints OB-GYN/Peds/Surgery and Mock examination. All the best to you, get big scores!
