wink The book has stupid questions but the answers are worth looking and studying. Some chapters are really good (e.g OB/GYN written as the maternal health and psychiatry). Other chapters are good enough to take you through step 3.

Just a heads-up - the new edition is still riddled with editing errors. For example, they present a model answer to a question regarding MS with a table of most frequently reported symptoms, and the table actually refers to rheumatic fever. No problem if you realize this and look for the MS table elsewhere in the book, BUT - if you knew there were countless editing errors in a previous edition, why not fix them up for the new edition? I noticed at least 10-15 errors in this book. Shoddy job on editing guys. Still, the content is helpful and seems to be at the Step 3 level.

A lot of people have given the 4th ed a poor review, apparently because of how outdated it was, and that it contained factual errors. Just a heads-up that their is a new edition released this year that has supposedly been updated. Available at Barnes&Noble, probably Amazon too. Haven't read it thoroughly yet because I just got it, but it looks pretty useful for Step 3!
