There is a new edition, with a new name. This is getting a little bit confusing. <a href=http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0071443347/qid=1111396116/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl14/102-0064270-8697710?v=glance&s=books&n=507846>Check it out</a>. What should I do? Are these favorable reviews rekevat to the new one too?

This is the most recommended book for CS and OSCE with focused info for each of the two exams on the same cases. Practicing the cases in this book gave me enough confidence to engage the exam. Don't forget about your english proficiency (IMGs) that is also included in the exam scorring.
