I found the qbank to be very representative for the step 2 exam. Did the questions twice in one month before the exam and read the explanations throughought. Good source of questions, thanks. My score was 88/219.

Good questions from trusted sources, nice explanations, level of difficulty close to the one of step 2 ck.
Drawbacks: little expensive ($149) for the amount of questions (1200+) and promised academic support didn't work so well (at least in my case)
Still would recommend to step 2 takers, because the more questions you do, the easier it becomes on the actual exam.
Good luck!

Internal Medicine, Kaplan Notes An ideal book to master the exam oriented topics, along with sample questions and case scenarios in almost every topic. Book of choice for those who find it difficult to revise before exam. Cardiology, infectious diseases and pulmonology are the best written chapters.
