I heard it is like +20/-20 %. Anyway there are only few tests of the kind. Not much of the choice.

very good resource. very good investment too. the usmle exams are so 'fuzzy' and 'incomprehensible' and daunting to most of us IMG's when we start out. the kaplan qbank helps to focus us and direct us to what is neccessary. like study-ing said, it calls our attention to important stuff we tend to overlook. in my opinion, it is worth the price.... wish it were cheaper though.

More of a learning tool than assessment. To get the most out of Qbank you should do 50 question blocks in mixed subject timed mode.

The only way to prepare for USMLE. Although a truly representative bank of questions doesn't really exist, this is about as close as you are going to get to the real thing. I scored on average around 80% in the Kaplan Qbank, and ended up getting 99:268 on Step 1. Similar thing with Step 2 CK. A must if you want to see how you are doing and target areas that you need to work harder on.

Excelent online question poll for exam review. Whished for more pharm and behavioral questions overall; more than half of the questions are for pathology. Very detailed
explanations, read them over & over & over.

These questions are very similar to the ones in the real exam. I got between 50-60% correct answers on kaplan qbank and I passed with a good score the usmle step 1 few days ago. Recommended!
