yeah.. i was also thinking adeno ca... but goljan in his lecture of RS says that, use of filtered cigars moved the centrally occuring squamous cell to peripherally occuring adeno ( becos only fine particles are inhaled in filtered ones.... :? some one clarify me please :?

why does kaplan say all lung cas are related to smoking? adenoca is related to smoking yes? just a lower incidence than the rest i thought.
