it depends upon the age of presentation too.
in young it cud b gonorrhea,,accompanied with pain ful micturation n pus[ which r actually neutrophils in urine].
in elderly it cud b BPH leading to UTI

Old people also get gonorrhea, never underestimate the power of viagra 8)
Exudate in UTI ? unlikely, IŽd stick to urethritis or prostatitis either caused by N. gonorrhea or some other one that causes that amount of pus.
