YES ,I THINK IT IS GONORRHEA BECAUSE, 1-I THINK THE ONLY DISEASES ACCOMPANIED BY PAINFUL MICTURATION ARE THE ACUTE MALE GONORRHEA,CHRONIC MALE GONORRHEA IN THE FORM OF MORNING DROP AND ALSO BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERTROPHY OF THE ELDERLY... 2-OTHER DISEASES ARE NOT CHARACTERIZED BY THE PAIN DURING URINATION LIKE PRIAPISM (PRESISTANT PENILE ERECTION WITH PAIN) AND OTHER DISEASES...... I HOPE I AM RIGHT.....

Old people also get gonorrhea, never underestimate the power of viagra 8) Exudate in UTI ? unlikely, IŽd stick to urethritis or prostatitis either caused by N. gonorrhea or some other one that causes that amount of pus.
