I was hesitated to write that title, but I wanted to share my feelings and thoughts with you.
I can remeber at least 2-3 questions/block that I'm sure I did wrong. Yes I'm sure, and I don't know where my mind was when I chose the wrong answer!!
Not less than half of the questions are confusing. They are intending to make it like that! Most of the time I had to make a guess to choose between two possible answers!
I ran out of time in 3 blocks, and I had to choose randomly for the last 3-4 questions.
I messed up two CCS cases in which I couldn't know the diagnosis from the beginning. two times I was going to the wrong direction, then re-manage the case again when I find out the problem.
I know that it may be normal to feel that way after usmle, but I have already gone through step1 and 2 I was not sure how it went;but this time is different!
I'm not trying to disencourage or scare anyone with my post, but I really feel like I need to speak up with you!
Now I can't say I wish I'd pass, cuz just passing grade won't help me with my very low CK score.
I'm willing to talk more about my prep and exam experience, but I just finsihed today and I really need a couple of days to clean up my mind.
I'd like to thank those who supported, helped and prayed for me!

I think most people feel the same after this exam ( including me) and most pass ( me too)...so I am sure you will pass and probably witha good score/. Now, enjoy,you are free of steps hopefully

Thanks jhmd. I'm trying to think positive,anyway. Although I'm done with the steps, I still have to wait for a while before I feel that freedom.

@egyusmler I felt the same after my exam and actually worse. I understand what you are going through. these 3 weeks of wait for the result is difficult but have faith you will pass.

I know guys it is kind of normal sensation, but it is still different from that senstation you have after step1 or CK..Anyway done is done now. I started to calm down, but who doesnt hate waiting?

I did feel a whole lot like you did. This is how this exam is. I also messed up 2 cases where I was doing all sorts of tests and then figuring out later on what was wrong and managing accordingly. So don't worry.
All our prayers are with you. Hoping that you will do well and not only pass.
Just keep your mind off of the result during this time.
You have done your part, let Allah SWT take care of the rest

guys mine was the same.so brutal. all my cases went all the way till 20 min and in 3 pt didnt get better.

After three wks of waiting and weird feelings, Alhamdulellah (All praise be to Allah) I won the last battle......
Yes I'm relieved with that pass grade, but I'm not sure how such a modest score (81) will affect my residency application later on!!

Let me tell you a little bit ab my prep experience....
I studied for interrupted 3-4 months with a rate of 1-2 hours/ day..Then more studying hours(~6 hours) for 2 months.
I used MTB+UW qb+kaplan qb+UW CCS
*MTB is just a wonderful source.
*I think there is nothing that u can describe as "enough" for step3, but MTB has within its pages what will help u pass at least.
I'll be happy to answer any questions u might have.
