d) fever

according to CDC criteria of AIDS ,we can call HIV infection as AIDS

1---less than 200 CD4+ T cells /cubic ml
2---opportunistic infections by bacterial ,fungi ,viruses
3---development of certain cancers including cervical cancer and lymphoma
4--autoimmune disease


can any one add in this list ,i think it is not complete

What is major mode of transmission of HIV

1) WORLD-WIDE

2) in US

A. Hterosexual sexual contact
B. Homsexual sex (anal)
C. Homosexual sex (genital-oral)
D. IV drug use
E. Contaminated blood products
