I was wondering if anyone can give me any advice. I'm trying to figure out if the kaplan webprep lectures are enough for the boards. Or is the video lectures at the kaplan test centers worth it? Essentially what i'm saying is, is it worth the 1000 for the video lectures, whereas i allready have the webprep cd's. Thanks for the help!

I don't know what the web prep is like. However, I did pay for the Kaplan center lectures. I would say that 95% of what was covered in the lectures was already in the notes. The center is good if you have difficulty studying on your own, then it sort of leads you through everything. Some of the lectures were good at explaning concepts and some literally read from the notes. As long as you stick to Kaplan Notes and use additional resources for pathology (Goljan! - the best!) and microbiology you should do great. If you are going to spend money you should spend it on Q-bank.

web prep is only good for quick review.

With the webprep lectures, good revision of those kaplan books, and Q-bank, I think its enough
