The Kaplan strategy video said: Block 1, no break Block 2, 5 min Block 3, 5 min Block 4, 30 min Block 5, no break Block 6, 10 min Block 7, :-) They also advise when doing one block, check the clock only at 10th Question, 25th Question and 40th Question

Regarding food, for bfast I think u're gonna want to eat something that'll keep u going for a few hours with all that adrenaline pumping. Like cereal and a fruit, or toast and eggs. U'll want the protien and carbs to keep u going. I think a lot of people advise to take lots of filling foods, like granola bars and bananas...less mess but full of nutrients and keeps u full. Lunch should not be heavy and NO TURKEY...it'll make u sleepy. That's all from advice...lets hear from the actual test takers.

 oops! Its on 21st ,right? Keep going !!!!! Give ur final touch, thats it.Dont worry at all.You will remeber as u have done it before.Be cool!!! Regarding baks as u have read in kaplan and FA ,i will say whichever fits u best go for it.Be flexible! If ur brain starts getting fatigue,do take a break of 10 min for sure! I will say take light food on the test day, which wont make ur brain lazy.I will suggest keep l;ots of chocolates and quick energy bars with u,plus fruits r juices!!!!Whatever u like! But give ur brain enough glucose fuel.t will have to work hard on ur big day!!!!!!1 Thats it!!!!!! :icon_thumb:

Dear Docarjun, thanks for the comments ...Very appreciated My exam is on 7/22 this Thursday... I am also an img... I don't think that we have to call the Prometric Center again for scheduling ...If we have then I have to call them ASAP! What I know is after scheduling online and after receiving Confirmation by email then that's it! This is according to ecfmg.org About the Id , If you have your Drivers Licence then I don't think you will need the Passort but just take it with you..It won't cost a thing anyway    Let me confirm now if I need to call the Prometric.... All I know is you only need to call them if you want to cancell, postporn your Exam date...

i followed kaplan's advice for break time, but took less than 30 min post block 4. i brought granola and reece's pieces and fruit chews and "lunchables." have you heard of those? they're mainly for kids' lunch boxes, but great for the exam--they include crackers, cheese, lunch meat (highly preserved so can last the whole day sans refrigeration), cookies. bring sodas (caff and non-caff) and water and gatorade. i've heard peanut m&ms are great, too--sugar and protein. you should probably drive to the center tomorrow morning so you know how to get there, esp. in traffic. i did that, and i just dropped by the center just to make sure my name was on the list. just in case, but probably not necessary. i just needed driver's license and orange permit, but individual prometric centers might have diff policies, so check.

Yeah Thanks everybody for giving me strength during this time. Yeah I listen to Goljan everyday ,not less than four hours...After that I usually go to his HY notes and FA the same topics and repeat everything. Like I said before HE IS REALLY A STEP 1 angel ... Yes I will also listen to him on my way down to the Exam. Thanks Nuprin for your inspiration. Ok , will have to do 100 Qs and then I will sleep with Goljan words.... He really connects everything so I can't afford a day without him
