make sure you sleep the night before. FA says that you should take the day before off and only so some light studying. I did study the day before, even though my brain was fried. I guess the adrenaline kept me going. You do want to make sure your mental abilities are fresh for the exam (easier said than done) because it will be a lot of thinking versus simple recall.

Thanks for the reply..... i am thinking about taking some Benadryl the night before about 7 pm and will be sleepy about 10pm and through the night! I know that i won't be able to sleep that night.... so what should i do? Take some Benadryl or is their any other way to get good nights sleep? I am serious..... this is my problem! I took Kaplan simulated online couple of weeks ago....... during that specially at the end i was just clicking.....without even reading the Q stem.... becuase i was too tired to read..... so last block of that test i got 40% ........in the begining was getting 60%,58%. My ability goes down proportionally with the time! Help guys....... any idea?

I will say, dont try aything which u never taken before. U can try something tonight ,and see ur body response to it!Some people feel drowsy next day if they r not used to it.If u have tried sedatives before and sure about it..then only take it. Wh dont u try it now...i will say take it now as u r very anxious about this exam and worried.I want you to relax for some time and keep the same till the end. So i wil say...take something now...keep all ur books aside.go to bedroom, atch something nice and go to sleep .Then whenever u will wake up..just forget about any worries....with fresh mind..read something calmly.Dont stress ur brain.U will absorb best in relaxed mind than worried state. And ust keep in mind ,u have worked for 8 months. These 2-3 days doesnt mean much. Dont force urr brain! Exam day...our prayers  and ur adrenaline wont let you down!!!!!

Don't worry it's all in your head, now try and relax as best you can so that you're nice and energized the day of the exam. As for exam day I took juice and lots of energy bars with me. About 5-7 minute breaks between each block and the long break after the 4th one since that's when i started feeling mentally fatigued. Good luck!

First of all, take a good break, do something that u really enjoy doing...just for a couple hours. Just to get ur mind off things for a bit. Then PRAY...its the best answer to everything. Then get back to studying if u must....even if its just flipping through pages. Ur brain will register. If u feel like its not, then talk or discuss with someone... Plan how ur gonna take ur breaks, pack ur lunch and snacks, get ur clothes ready, and put ur orange ticket in a place u will see the next morning. This way , u wont be in a rush in the morning. The night before, hit the sac earlly and drink a warm glass of milk, maybe even a turkey sandwich an hour before...the serotonin will kick in. Do not take Benadryl...it'll change ur whole system, and u will not be able to concentrate. Eat a good breakfast that'll keep u going for a good 4 hours. Good luck!! I got the exam in 15 days and i'm pregnant...so imagine my plight...I just take it one day at a time. If my body tells me to sleep i do, if it tells me to take a break i do...i just listen to my body (and my baby's!!)

Hello ELM You know what-You can do it! Just relax..I also have exam in few days and yesterday I was really mad with this Exam and reading ..ha ha ha ha but at the end after talking to my husband and after writting here and got GOOD and encouraging responce I just sat down and I laughed at myself  What am I afraid of???? NOTHING We have to accept that the only way that we know how much we have read is to do the EXAM , otherwise why should you read those bugs/complicated stuff ? So relax take a break and Pray and read till when you feel tired and SLEEP to let your brain absorb what you have read. Then let God do the rest! [-o< [-o< [-o< Let's pray for each other !

Yes ELM , Sure there is no need to panic at all.... <> Everything will be OK . I realise that if you read under stress/confusion then it's difficult for the brain also to concetrate... Good ! keep on reading...

ELM, You're so tough! I hope you can take it easy on yourself. No doubt that with 3 days left, everything you need is already in your head. Even if it doesn't feel like it. Just trust that if you see something under the test conditions, and you have studied it at sometime in your life: it will be there! Where else can it be if not in your mind? Just believe in yourself--you can do a lot if you rest before the test and have the right attitude: that you will remember and know what is required. Good luck, and let me/us know how it went. P.S. Bring caffeine (softdrinks) and good food for the test! Really treat yourself the night/day before the test: relaxing so your mind is ready at the right time.
