Anybody has any suggestions regarding any books you can read for residency?
I've read about EZ book a lot these days mainly from surgery residents forum posts
EZ Pass Clinical Rotations
and as it seems everyone has a Pharmacopoeia book:
I would suggest to prepare with things you didnt already kill yourself studying for the board. i.e. practice doing C-sections in your home country (if possible), or at least refresh yourself on the whole anatomy. Same with hysts.
Foleycaths, pelvic exams, ultrasounds, etc.. all these are things that you will have to be doing starting day one.. and usually IMGs have been out of practice for quite some time.
Some relevant chapters from Williams Obstetrics(normal labor...), also Compendium. These are the most useful from my personal experience.
