I think it is just copy & paste the text in a topic.
However I'm in the process of looking for a new chat program that will have the option of saving the discussions.

A new chat program is now available.
This chat requires a java enabled browser and we will use it for couple of weeks for testing.

Start a topic somewhere in an appropriate forum to invite other doctors on schedulled chat sessions. It works OK for few Step 1 exam takers; check step 1 chat sessions forum.
