1. Goodpasture's syndrome - type 2 Hpsensibility, type 3 Hpsensibility, or both?
2. How much time is required(minutes-hours-days) from the first contact with the allergen for specific IgE to be formed in order to have a type 1 Hpsensibility reaction on the second contact with the same allergen?

hi
on infection the phagocytic cell (neutrophils, esonophils, basophils) release from bone marrow reserves as quickly as in 4-12 hrs

kaplan micro and immunology notes

but i think the hypersnsitivity reactions is really depend on individual response

  #6

ur statement about release of inflammatory cells is rite but check again, antibody formation needs about 1 wk in primary response
