Can anyone refresh my memory on the difference between UMN signs and LMN signs (when lesioned)?

Lower
weakness
wasting
areflexia, fasicculations
fibrillations

Just remember upper motor neuron lesion always means that everything is going up...or increasing. In lower motor neuron lesions everything is going down or absent. Hope that helps
