The answer to this one is 3.

In hospital induced pneumonia, there are two mechanisms. One through ventilators and other through regurgitation.

All other drugs (except sucralfate) increase pH of stomach and hence are associated with increased risk of causing pneum. by regurg. in pts admitted in hospital.
