Hi everyone,
I have given the exam on June 20th. According to the announcement, the scores should be reported on Wednesday July 14. Check the link below:

My question is, after the score is reported; can I do the oasis trick right away to check if I passed or failed? and also should I expect my score to be reported tomorrow?

are you an img?
if not, i know that you can go to nbme.org and login,then see exam status. it will say "score report date" if it's been scored.
since i have no idea what oasis is, you're probably an img and do this through ecfmg, right? there's probably something similar to that.
i'm getting nervous. i wonder if the will report my score tomorrow. took it june 24.
anyone know what time they update the website? they say they do it nightly.

i took the usmle step 1 exam 6/9, and was curious to see if i passed. so i tried the registration trick and it allowed me to register on the nbme.org website (part A)! a couple of questions...
1) my score says it hasn't been reported yet when i go to the exam status section on the nbme.org website....i probably should have waited before it said it was reported to try the trick...so is there a possibly that i could have still passed?
2) will i be charged the 435 dollar fee if i indeed passed??

I believe that I am not an IMG since I went through ECFMG.org. My login or USMLE ID doesn't work at nbme.org. Do I need a username and password for nbme.org?
The score report is updated at ECFMG.org around 2-4 AM because I have waited for it to update at midnight but that didn't happen.
I am getting nervous too. Good luck

Hey somewhere I read for the ECFMG it takes them an additional 10 days to process the scores from the USMLE. So even though the USMLE will have processed them by the 14th, the ECFMG perhaps won't post the scores on the same dates??? Or I could be making this up.
Hey supermatrix, if you registered for the exam through ECFMG, you are an IMG.

you must be an IMG since you registered at ECFMG.
IMG= International Medical Graduate
2 types:
1)US citizen who went to medical school outside US
2)non US citizen who went to medical school outside US

Hi everyone, I am a peruvian medical student who took the USMLE step 1 last may 21st.
I did the OASIS trick to see if I passed, and it says that!
I want to know how much confidence do I have to give to this information, or always i have to wait for my score reporting. Thanks.

You have yet to receive your score report??? I would think that it is lost in the mail if you haven't gotten it by now. At any case, I think the OASIS trick is pretty sound. If your score has been reported and you can't register for step I again, or if you can register for step II CS, then you most definitely passed! Congrats!

I tried Oasis trick today but not sure if its correct
i tried to apply for step 1 and they wrote in red that according to our records you are not illigible to apply
does it mean that i passed?
i am very unsure

Of course .................that means you are paased...... in few days you will get your score in mail!

I took my test on August 4
but people i am not sure that i passed

does anybody know how long it takes them to report a score?
3 or 6 weeks?

i think it takes ab't 25 days for the score to be reported,i took my exam on July 31st i was reported on aug 26.sometimes it varies.
