A 30 yr old man with visual disturbance can hear properly, but has diplopia when looking down and out and laterally :
a. carotid artery aneurysm
b. cerebello pontine angle tumor
c. acoustic neuroma
d. brainstem infarction
e. horner syndrome

CP angle tumor/acoustin neuroma ...pt will have hearing problem

yes, might be carotid artery aneurysm .
