Female, with RUQ pain, pain worse after food intake, no fever, recent pregnancy, slight icterus noted. Diagnosis and analegesia for this pt include:
a. Cholesistitis and Toradol IV
b. Cholelithiasis and Morphine IV
c. Cholangitis and Toradol IV
d. Chlelythiasis and Hydromorphone IV
e. Ectopic pregnancy and rectal Acetominophen

nope.. think of Morphine side effect that may not be desireble in GB/ Bile duct disease :-)

much less than Morphine Sulf. All opioids will do that, bu MS is the worst offender.
