Hello Everybody, I have read from a couple of posts in the "exam experience" section that the USMLE wants you to identify the missing enzymes/pathophys for certain diseases, and NOT the disease itself in order to answer correctly. Can anybody offhand (as specific as possible) give a list of the diseases we should know both the missing enzymes for and/or pathophysiology for(that's scaring me a little bit). In most of the practice questions they ask for diagnosis and management/next step, and NOT pathophys or enzymes. I am studying the lipidoses and glycogen storage diseases and am assuming this is what they are refering to, but I'm not sure what else. Thanks for all your kind responses!!
