i just checked side effects of all these drugs on medlinePlus drug info
according to it ,answer should be cyclophosphamide
im quoting some lines from 1 of its paragraph
Rare
Frequent urination; redness, swelling, or pain at site of injection; sores in mouth and on lips; sudden shortness of breath; unusual thirst; yellow eyes or skin

The answer is A: Phenytoin.
The explanation given is that phenytoin decreases the ADH secretion.
Dimps, Cyclophosphamide has a side-effect of hemorrhagic cystitis, which causes increased urinary 'frequency' which doesnt necessarily mean increased urinary 'volume'.
