Can anyone briefly state the clinical difference between rubella, roseola, rubeola
and erythema infectiosum?

rubella...german measels caused by toga virus...
usually the ds is sevre when infection is intrauterine
rubeola..is measles caused due to paramyxovirus..ch..by koplik spots and coryza and conjunctivitis
roseola..infection due to herpes virus6.and7..usually affect..up to age 3..
erythama infectiosum..also called slapped chick sy...is due to parvo virus b19...hope this will help
