Its a reaction assay for antirickettsial antibodies that cross react with antigen for proteus and is positive for the rickettsial diseases except for Q fever caused by Coxiella burnetti.

Weil-Felix testing is also an ancient testing methodology and is no longer used. See this link for CDC's take on Lyme disease testing:

You may need to know this for an exam, but I haven't seen a Weil-Felix test ordered since the 70's.
