can someone gimme some advice..have exam in 2 weeks or so and dont know if i shud do

MTB, First Aid, kaplan, or premier review again

i am gonna do uworld again , tats for sure, but now dont know if is hud do kaplan or first aid. i like first aid, but dont know if it is accurate..

for example achalasia..

kaplan says initial: dilation
first aid says: ccb or nitrates

i am confused, please help.
