a. 72 yr old woman with large multinodular goitre
b. 9 yr old boy , short and retarded
c. 28 yr old woman with 3 yrs menorrhagia
d. 16 yr old girl with anovulatory cycles
e. 2 yr old boy with jaundice and constipation.

Jaundice and constipation are features of prim hypothyroidism in kids.
