is the foetal skull having a tympanic plate?

All I found was:
tympanic cavity-(middle air) and
tympanic membrane- arising from( pharyngeal membrane 1) which consist
of ectoderm, mesoderm and endoderm of pharyngeal pouch 1
The middle ear consist of the three ossicles, the tympanic membrane and the eustachian tube. The tympanic membrane separates the middle ear from the external ear, :arrow: it is derived from all 3 germ layers.

addendum: always remember: around week 3 "Neural plate"-neural groove-neural folds-neural tube/ the neural folds are the sites of neural crest differentiation(neural crest are unique in that they can form non- neural components

tympanic plate forms the superior wall of tympanic antrum(is aka tegmen tympani) and separates it frm MCF of base of skull

it appears at or just b4 the birth and its development completes by puberty
