well its just same as the fact that alfa receptors are present in vessels.

GnRH is secreted from hypothalamus. The major neurotransmitter in hypothalamic cells that secrete GnRH is NE

I Think of NE..when I stand from lying position.. smiling face

NE levels doubles ->carotid sinus reflex-->increased smp.neural activity-->vasoconstriction-->maintenance of BP!!

Def of NE--Orthostatic hypotension.
