Ok...email me privately for advises..heheh....JUST KIDDING ONLY ANSWER 333 CORRECT. THE REST I DONT KNOW..HEHEH..JUST KIDDING AGAIN About the exam. The exam is covered basically everyting. YES, everything. Of course mostly pathophysiology. Mine was heavily tested on Hematology and Pharmacolgy. I got around 60 graphs and pictures. Every other questions is in form of graph or pictures. Some, you probably could answer w/o looking at pictures except for physiology. I was suprised when they asked me alots of OB stuffs such as placenta accreta, previa, ARDS, hydatiform mole, amniocentesis test. Anatomy: FA is enough except for neuroantomy. Make sure you look at those picture of brain section and lots of xray crap. Knee cap, lungs tension pneumothorax, diphragmatic hernia, hemorrhagic stroke, heart specimens, bicuspid valve, MRI of abdomen and asked about kidneys, there was one weird one where it mention perforated colon and was poiting to the liver with a string hanging to the wall (I pick something about falciform ligament). Biochem: lots of molecular mouse stuff. I would said about 15 totals. Some easy, other was like what the heck is this crap. One Q ask if the mouse lack pharyngeal pouch 3, what will be happen to the mouse, 2-3 lysosome storage dz, Oh they love vitamin and you better know it, make sure you know about alcoholic related, vitamin that cause papilledema, know what happen if rate limiting for urea cycle is lacking, what would happen to the cycle, TCA pathway, know which part where oxygen is feed in, maple syrup was on, imprinting of course, know your respiratory burst cycle, got around 5 questions on that and twisted in diff way Behavioral: question on incidence, type I error, a 16y/o girl had sex for the first time and feels numbness despite normal finding, questions on sleep cycle where pt fall asleep and ask what is his sleep cycle, schizo, presentation of depress pt and ask for RX, Micro: Everything, bug with safty pins appearance, know NADPH related to STrep, SCD related to encapsulated infection, pseudomonas RX, Something about Japanese related to stomach CA, I was looking for nitrosamide but was not on it, I ended up picking nitrite, lots of TB, know what is special about that bugs, Hep B, clostridium, bug causing diarrhea, oh questions on pt in lousiana having bloody diarrhea and the list was all parasites, Is there someting in LA that I am not aware of, If someone know it, plz get back to me ASAP..ehhe, Path: Dont know there to start, EVERYTHING, make sure you know your blood clot disorder, they drill me hard with complement system and clotting factors, I would said around 9 questions from that crap, and FA is NOT enough, lots of GI, slide of GERD and ask for risk of CA, lungs ectopic secretion presentation, Conn's syndrome, heart gross pathology, esp MI, easy question on horseshoe kidney, what prevented it from ascending (I know at least I got 1 right), know associatino in turner syndrome, oh they love female/male pseudo, testicular, 5alpha reductase, look on other book for extra info cuz FA is NOT enough Pharm: heavily tested, know your competitive and noncompetitive, around 8 questions on drug x and y stuff,I suggest study RX of choice for common dz such as STD, 3-4 on chemo, side effect is HY, PHYSIO: ALL I GOT TO SAID.....KNOW YOUR CONCEPTS WELL OR ELSE YOU GET YOUR BRAIN TWISTED. FA is not enough for concept. I dont know how I do, I just hope that I pass. Pray for me people. I hope this will helps other to concentrate on topic and NOT to scare other. OK people, so tired and sleepy, got to get something to eat and sleep time now. Feels free to ask me any questions SleepWalk
