What is the effect of competitive inhibitor & Non cometitive inhibitor on Km& Vmax??

Competitive Inhibitor --inhibition can be reversed by increasing the conc of substrate Vmax is unchanged; Km is increased. Noncompetitive Inhibitor---cant be reversed. Km unaltered; Vmax is decreased proportionately to inhibitor concentration

Kopetitive inhibitors ---Km increases , and the other one is the other one as goljan says Non competitive---Non reversible, and the other one is the other one
